Cancellation Policy
Booking Confirmation All bookings must be made through authorized Global Construxit channels. A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation from Global Construxit and, if required, payment of any applicable deposit. Deposit and Payment A deposit may be required to secure your booking. The deposit amount and payment schedule will be communicated at the time of booking. Full payment must be made in accordance with the terms specified in your booking agreement. Cancellations and Amendments Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellation fees may apply, based on the notice period provided before the scheduled booking date. Specific fees and refund eligibility will be detailed in your booking agreement. Amendments to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. No-Show Policy Failure to arrive or utilize the booked services without prior cancellation will result in forfeiture of any deposit and may incur additional charges as specified in the booking agreement. Force Majeure Global Construxit is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, or other force majeure events. In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule or refund where possible. Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for providing accurate information at the time of booking and for complying with all Global Construxit policies and safety requirements during service delivery. Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising from bookings will be addressed in accordance with the terms set in the booking agreement and governed by the local laws applicable to Global Construxit operations.
