We strive to ensure that all clients are satisfied with our services. If you are not satisfied with the service you received, please contact us within 14 days of service completion to discuss your concerns. We will work with you to address any issues and find a suitable resolution.
2. Refund Eligibility:
- Refunds will be considered only if the service received is significantly different from what was outlined in the service agreement or invoice.
- Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing and should include a detailed explanation of your concerns along with any supporting documentation.
3. Non-Refundable Services:
Some products may be non-refundable, and all services are non-refundable in the following cases:
- Services that have been completed and delivered as agreed.
- Fees incurred for third-party services or products that cannot be refunded.
All custom products are final once they are completed according to your specifications.
4. Resolution Process:
Upon receiving your refund request, we will review your case and respond within 7 business days. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 business days back to the original payment method.
